Job Title: Senior Manager Administration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Administration to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the administration department, including overseeing administrative staff, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing a significant procurement budget and expenses.
  • Energetic with excellent networking and communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to actively support the Director in professionalizing the institute's operations.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Capability to manage vendors and evaluate and award contracts.
