Job Title: Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of technical and architectural aspects of CRMA solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customer stakeholders to identify business requirements for CRMA.
  • Work closely with TPOs and SAs to gather necessary information to deliver CRMA User Stories.
  • Demonstrate dashboards to business stakeholders for review and feedback, and iterate on dashboard builds.
  • Lead the implementation of CRMA solutions that align with salesforce industry best practices.
  • Provide consultative guidance to the CRMA team on solution delivery options and address business/technical questions from the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly known as Wave/Einstein Analytics).
  • Strong experience in creating dashboards, datasets, lenses, and SAQL in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau CRM is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of data extraction, manipulation, and preparation within the Salesforce Analytics platform.
  • Ability to build Dataflow/Recipe for data preparation and perform configuration/coding of dashboards.
  • Strong expertise in SAQL and mentorship skills.
