Job Description

An expert in data analytics is sought to lead discussions with customer stakeholders, gather and groom business requirements specific to Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical product owners and solution architects to capture and refine functional and technical inputs for CRMA user stories.

The successful candidate will design and implement the technical and architectural components of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, build and demo dashboards to business stakeholders, and gather feedback as needed. They will provide expert consultation to the CRMA delivery team and resolve complex technical and business queries.

Key responsibilities include developing dashboards, datasets, and lenses using Salesforce CRM Analytics, designing and building Dataflows and Recipes for data preparation and modeling, and using SAQL for custom queries and data manipulation. The candidate should be able to extract, transform, and prepare data within the Salesforce Analytics platform.

A background in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau CRM is a plus, along with excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills. Salesforce certification(s) relevant to CRMA or Data Cloud are preferred.
