We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will lead discussions with customer stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements specific to Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- They will collaborate with Technical Product Owners and Solution Architects to capture and implement functional and technical inputs for CRMA user stories.
- This role involves designing and implementing technical and architectural components of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, building and demoing dashboards to business stakeholders, and providing expert consultation to the CRMA delivery team.
- The ideal candidate will ensure solution design and implementation align with Salesforce and industry best practices.
- They will also mentor and coach junior team members in dashboard design, dataflows, and CRMA-specific development.
- Develop dashboards, datasets, and lenses using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Design and build Dataflows and Recipes for data preparation and modeling.
- Use SAQL for custom queries and data manipulation.
- Extract, transform, and prepare data within the Salesforce Analytics platform.
- Demonstrate familiarity with other BI tools as an added advantage.
- Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAQL, dashboard development, dataset creation, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in building Dataflows and Recipes for data transformation.
- Prior experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and business storytelling through analytics.
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Salesforce certification(s) relevant to CRMA or Data Cloud preferred.
