
Cold Calling Representative

Prospecting for new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers are key responsibilities of this role.
- Present and promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
- Accurately document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata, West Bengal, working directly with our US clients. The successful candidate will require fluency in both Spanish and English, strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
