Role Sales Development Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call the clients using a given lead list
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of companys products and services
- Work on obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle our product and service inquiries to provide appropriate solutions to client's queries and doubts
- Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Use scripts to provide information about services, plans etc., and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the clients requirements
- Persuade the client for next level call with senior members of the team
- Record the clients personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and appointments and record useful information
Essential qualifications and skills
- Possession of bachelor's degree or PG and/or MBA would be a plus
- Candidate should be ok to work in US hours (India Night) hours
- Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skill with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1-1.5 years of International Voice Process
- Excellent level of knowledge/expertise with PC, Internet Research and software (Word and Excel)
