This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling company products and services while maintaining good customer relationships.

• Engage in phone conversations with prospective customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or incoming inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Develop strong communication skills to effectively handle objections and close deals.
• Meet individual and team sales targets by consistently achieving sales milestones.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, interests, and market trends.
• Maintain a professional demeanor during interactions with customers.
• Collaborate with the field sales team to achieve shared goals.

• A minimum of 12th standard pass or graduation is required.
• Previous experience in a similar sales/customer service role is an asset.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in relevant languages, such as Hindi and English, is necessary.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software are beneficial.
