Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced closing professional to drive high-value transactions in luxury real estate. The ideal candidate will oversee the closing process, ensuring a seamless experience reflecting our brand's prestige.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Coordination: Manage closing processes from contract to possession, adhering to timelines and preparing necessary documents.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant legal documents and contracts.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties for smooth financial transactions.
  • Client Communication: Act as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized files of transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and cooperation.
  • Quality Assurance: Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
  • Post-Closing Activities: Coordinate post-closing tasks to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • A client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, and proactive problem-solver.
  • A deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
