Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions across India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial parks, financial modeling, and tax optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and execute real estate acquisitions, focusing on industrial parks.
  • Develop detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
  • Design optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions in collaboration with legal and financial advisors.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committee reviews.
  • Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor asset performance and oversee key asset management functions to drive value creation.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.
  • Track and analyze relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development.

Requirements

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to manage complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset, skilled in developing insights, evaluating risks, and solving complex financial and operational problems.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Team player with effective collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong time management, and ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
