Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset-related data, including property information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.">
  • Document Management: Organize, store, and retrieve asset-related documents, such as property deeds, lease agreements, and insurance policies.">
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on asset performance.">
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings with PM, FM, identifying Contractors, procuring work scopes, quotes etc.">
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including property managers, leasing agents, and other support teams.
