Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Real Estate Salesperson, located on-site in Noida. The day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties; providing exceptional customer service; conducting market research to identify suitable properties; and managing negotiations between buyers and sellers. The Real Estate Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining an updated list of available properties and promoting them through various marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market
  • Strong Sales skills and ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
