Job Title: Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to lead sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling resale transactions of luxury assets, deep market knowledge, and a strong network for high-end sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), and Family Offices, ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Drive Sales: Promote the sale of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels (over 15 Cr). Conduct walkthroughs, pitches, negotiations, and end-to-end deal closures with high-value clients.
  • Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory in luxury markets and holiday home belts.
  • Network Development: Build strong connections with property owners, brokers, and intermediaries to access exclusive off-market listings.
  • Marketing & Strategy: Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through targeted marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and media spends.
  • Representation: Represent the organization at private previews, networking events, and luxury exhibitions.
  • Data Analysis: Track pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments.
  • Decision Support: Provide support to leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in luxury real estate sales, with proven experience in the resale market (ticket sizes INR 15 Cr+).
  • Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury markets and holiday home regions.
  • Network: Established connects with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present and create marketing content for digital channels.

Skill requirements include excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, ability to navigate complex resale transactions, exposure to digital marketing and luxury branding strategies, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
