Chief Financial Officer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management at the division level, including planning, reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, and internal controls.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 19 years of progressive experience in corporate financial accounting, tax, or a related domain, and will possess a deep knowledge of Indian and regional tax laws, compensation and accounting policies.

A strong leadership background is essential, along with analytical and stakeholder management skills.

In addition to these qualifications, experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is highly desirable.

About the Role

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all financial activities across the organization.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and government agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • CA qualification (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 19 years of progressive experience in corporate financial accounting, tax, or a related domain.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian and regional tax laws, compensation and accounting policies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
