Director of Accounting and Finance

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in Indian GAAP and Ind AS.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply relevant accounting standards and execute Ind AS engagements independently.
- Research complex technical accounting issues and provide guidance to the team.
- Build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Lead senior management meetings and drive various projects forward.
- Motivate engagement teams and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare pitches for obtaining new mandates.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a CA qualification and experience in assurance services.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
