Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Techical Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects and solutions that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, managing expectations, and driving quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects that meet customer needs.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Waterfall methodologies as per project requirements to optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in technology delivery roles, including hands-on development and leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects with diverse teams to achieve business success.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps principles.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) is preferred.
  • Certification such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent team leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
