Job Title: OMP Operations Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to play a key role in the planning and execution of complex projects with cross-functional teams. As an expert in operations management, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, high-quality outcomes, and seamless collaboration among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, product engineers, and developers, to align on project goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks and impediments, working closely with team members and stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze project metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize project performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors, ensuring smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project manager or product engineer in complex, matrix-organized environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in big program implementations, with multiple applications involved.
  • Agile product development skills, with a strong focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business acumen and end-to-end understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence non-technical and technical staff.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Result-oriented and sense of urgency, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
