  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements to maintain a robust risk management framework.
The Successful Applicant:
  • Possesses a degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates expertise in MSME, Home Loan & other secured products.
  • Has proficiency in risk management and compliance protocols.
  • Exhibits exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive high-performing teams.
  • Displays strong communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships.
  • Has proficiency in data analysis and financial forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Can formulate and implement strategic risk management strategies to drive business outcomes.
