This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Researcher. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential business leads in the USA market through LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and connect with clients in the logistics and supply chain industry using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Create a comprehensive database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
- Develop personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
- Monitor and track conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
- Prepare regular reports on prospecting activities and lead generation metrics for review and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong LinkedIn knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
