Job Overview:

The role of Research Analyst involves identifying and listing potential target companies and talent for various roles based on industry, function, and level.

  • Utilize databases by researching profiles using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools to build and maintain talent databases.
  • Create reports highlighting the availability of talent, their skills, and experience levels.
  • Collect and compare salary information across roles, levels, and companies.
  • Provide data-driven insights to recruiters and business teams to inform hiring decisions.
  • Prepare summaries using Excel or PowerPoint to present research findings.
  • Source relevant information using platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Naukri RMS, or job portals.
  • Work on projects related to hiring trends, skill demand, or talent availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates effectively using Boolean search techniques.
  • Analyze and report data accurately.
  • Be proficient in Excel and Google workspace.
