
Territory Business Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Development Specialist to join our team.
- To expand our distribution network in assigned territories.
- Manage existing dealer networks.
- Meet daily requirements, including:
- Obtaining orders from dealers as per assigned targets.
- Collecting payments and reducing outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely delivery of credit notes to dealers.
- Maintain clear accounts with dealers.
- Expand the network by acquiring new dealers.
- Develop the field through sign board painters' meetings.
- Brief dealers on new schemes and target products.
- Conduct regular meetings with influencers such as architects, building contractors, housing societies, painters etc. for business development.
- Ensure proper product visibility at counters.
- Submit daily reports in CRM.
- Achieve targeted weighted reach numeric reach in assigned territories.
- Achieve targeted CCD reach in assigned territories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
