E-commerce Performance Strategist

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Performance Strategist to drive revenue growth and profitability through data-driven insights.

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional with e-commerce expertise to join our team of experts and help fast-growing brands optimize their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer lifetime value, average order value, and repeat purchase rates.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to measure and improve return on ad spend, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
  • Analyze customer behavior, pricing models, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics, growth strategy, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs (LTV, CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margins, etc.)
  • Understanding of A/B testing, attribution modeling, and pricing analytics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams.
