Job Role

This role involves driving business growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors including retail, banking, logistics, and hospitality.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle - lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Respond to requests for proposals and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
  • Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
  • Track partner performance and ensure delivery against key performance indicators.
  • Work with leadership to design go-to-market plans and pricing models.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with our recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with requests for proposals, go-to-market strategies, and B2B partnerships.
  • Experience in HR tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus.
