Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Consultant. As an Associate, you will play a key role in managing public relations and client servicing for Entertainment clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity
  • Serving as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners
  • Developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts
  • Handling media interactions, preparing pitch notes, and proactively monitoring opportunities for client placements
  • Reviewing and finalizing all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights through various channels
  • Staying well-informed about industry developments that impact clients and using this knowledge to enhance client engagements

In addition to these responsibilities, you will analyze trends in traditional and digital media to identify new opportunities for client exposure, conduct regular outreach to media and influencers, fostering positive relationships, and ensure all client documentation is of the highest quality and free of errors.
