We are seeking an experienced Tele Caller Executive to undertake a challenging role.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in telecalling or telesales roles. Key Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales, handling inbound customer queries, maintaining a detailed database of customer interactions, achieving monthly targets for calls and conversions, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
