Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to support our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Tracking updates and communicating them to senior management.
  • Preparing checklists for effective tracking and monitoring of compliance requirements.
  • Working closely with the business team to implement these requirements.
  • Preparing MIS and trackers required for monitoring compliance.
  • Advising the business team on compliance-related matters.
  • Maintaining and tracking compliance checklists, especially for digital lending compliances.
  • Negotiating and following up with stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  • Drafting policies and processes for the company.
  • Ensuring all compliances are met at the time of new product launches.
  • Coordinating employee trainings conducted by the company.
  • Supporting responses to queries and other correspondences.
  • Coordinating with legal and audit teams on compliance-related matters.
  • Preparing notes and decks on compliance for presentations.
  • Fostering a compliance culture within the company.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in law or a related field and significant experience in compliance roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
