Job Title:

  • Strategy Lead - Corporate Office

The role of the Strategy Lead - Corporate Office will serve as a critical partner to the CEO, assisting in collaborating with key stakeholders on company strategy and business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO for identified stakeholders
  • Coordinate communications, including preparing presentations, speeches, and reports for executive-level meetings and external engagements
  • Provide direct support to the CEO, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and communications
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for executive meetings
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks to the organization
  • Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting strategic/executive leadership, preferably as a Strategy Specialist or equivalent
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder communications simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
