Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records for all awarded grants, verify grantee financial reporting and records, prepare and submit financial reports to grantors as required, monitor grantee grant expenditures, ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and grant terms, reconcile grant-related accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and monitor grant budgets, provide financial analysis and forecasting for grant-funded projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and resolve concerns within the specified timeframe.
- Ensure compliance with grant management regulations, including those specific to India, prepare and submit timely financial reports to grantors and regulatory bodies, coordinate audits, and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, including grant management, account review, or similar financial responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in compliance and financial analysis from a grants perspective.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10–15% of the time.
