  • The Grants Coordinator will oversee the financial aspects of LCIF and LCIF India's grant-making process.
  • This role involves collaboration with program managers, finance team members, and external stakeholders to ensure effective grant utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records for all awarded grants.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in developing and monitoring grant budgets.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all regulations related to grant management, including those specific to India.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, including grant management, account review, or similar financial responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as it relates to compliance and financial analysis from grants perspective.
