About the PositionThis organization is a global service club with over 1.4 million members who serve locally and internationally to address some of humanity's biggest challenges.
The Senior Grant Coordinator will play a vital role in managing grant-related financial aspects, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records for all granted funds, verifying recipient financial reporting and records.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to funders as required, monitoring recipient expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and grant terms.
- Assist in developing and monitoring grant budgets, providing financial analysis and forecasting for project-based funding.
- Evaluate and ensure that all expenses are allowable, allocable, and reasonable according to grant guidelines.
- Reconcile grant-related accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, including grant management, account review, or similar financial responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as it relates to compliance and financial analysis from a grants perspective.
