
Regional Development Director

The Regional Head will be responsible for leading, managing, and driving the performance of Student Recruitment Managers across multiple regions. This role requires strategic oversight of regional recruitment plans, agent network development, and delivery of student recruitment targets.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SRMs across multiple regions, focusing on employee engagement and collaboration.
- Set clear performance targets and ensure achievement of individual and regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular one-to-one reviews, training, and coaching to drive performance and capability.
- Regional Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies in line with global objectives, analyzing regional trends, market performance, and competitor activity.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership on regional growth opportunities.
- Agent & Partner Management
- Oversee the SRMs in building, managing, and expanding agent networks, ensuring consistent engagement, training, and compliance across all partner relationships.
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings with key agents, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Working
- Work closely with marketing, admissions, and compliance teams to align efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with university partners to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
- Performance & Reporting
- Drive results against agreed student recruitment targets, monitoring and reporting on SRM and regional performance, identifying risks and corrective actions.
- Establish best practices for efficient operations and effective recruitment activities.
- Brand Building & Representation
- Represent the organization at regional and international events, conferences, and exhibitions, promoting the value proposition to agents, students, and partners.
