Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional service for our SMT equipment. With a strong background in SMT processes and expertise in Fuji machines, you will lead a team of field service engineers to ensure seamless installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Service Operations for Fuji SMT platforms (NXT, NXTR series) with minimal downtime.
  • Supervise a team of field service engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex service and maintenance issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and audits to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Maintain strong communication with manufacturers for technical updates and escalations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer support.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation as per industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical training to internal teams and customer personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all EHS and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience in SMT industry, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Fuji SMT machines.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fuji platforms: NXTR, NXT series, feeders, placement heads, and vision systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in hardware and software aspects of SMT machines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required (domestic and possibly international).
  • Familiarity with IPC standards and SMT process optimization is a plus.
  • Experience with other SMT brands (e.g., Panasonic, Yamaha, ASM) is advantageous.
