**Executive Leader Role**

The Executive Leader plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence within an organization. This dynamic leader will work closely with senior leaders to define and execute business strategy, OKRs, and long-term plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to devise and implement overarching business strategies.
  • Break down complex problems into manageable parts, utilizing structured problem-solving techniques to drive clarity and solutions.
  • Develop and manage annual goal-setting, strategic business reviews, and program/project management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early on, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Design dashboards and frameworks to track key business performance metrics, championing process automation and scalable systems.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, including product, operations, finance, and marketing.
  • Prepare communication materials and reporting for stakeholders, supporting leadership with data-driven insights and briefing materials.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, develop actionable insights, and proficiency in using operational management software.
