This role is a cornerstone in our growth strategy, focusing on building Qure's Global Health vertical. We seek an experienced leader to spearhead government partnerships and drive large-scale AI initiatives that deliver meaningful impact in disease surveillance and digital health transformation.

The ideal candidate will lead our government engagement efforts end-to-end, engaging senior stakeholders, securing funding, and shaping strategic initiatives that unlock high-impact opportunities across India, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

The GH – Growth & Strategy team is responsible for developing and executing business strategies that accelerate Qure's growth in these markets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute market-entry roadmaps that unlock scale and drive revenue growth in priority countries/states
  • Design and implement large-scale AI programs that accelerate ongoing Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives
  • Originate, structure, and close deals by navigating tenders, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms; build channel partnerships that unlock scale
  • Secure funding from bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic sources that accelerates AI procurements at state or national level
  • Engage senior bureaucrats, policymakers, and technical committees to create Healthcare-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease-control guidelines, and national digital-health programs
  • Manage a network of Qure partners, Govt stakeholders, and global funding partners
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into product roadmaps, implementation playbooks, and evidence-generation studies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in Enterprise Business Development, Founder's office, Growth, Public Health, Med-Device, or Govt Advisory
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required; other regional languages will be a major plus
  • Fully flexible and prepared to travel extensively across focus markets
