Job Overview:

This is a hybrid role that blends infrastructure management with IT execution. As a TechOps Professional, you'll ensure our systems, hardware, tools, and services are running securely, reliably, and efficiently.

You'll be responsible for monitoring uptime, system health, and performance across development and production environments. Troubleshooting issues (local and remote) across OS, software, network, and cloud systems will also be part of your job.

You'll configure machines, access controls, and user permissions for new and existing team members. You'll support secure practices such as system hardening, OS patching, and routine compliance audits.

You'll assist in CI/CD workflows and contribute to infrastructure improvements and documentation. You'll also coordinate hardware procurement and work with vendors for equipment purchases, service warranties, and support escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor uptime, system health, and performance

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/macOS systems, basic networking, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools, Git, basic scripting, or task automation
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
