Artificial Intelligence Engineering Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineering Specialist to design and implement scalable data intelligence platforms that integrate structured and unstructured data sources. The ideal candidate will develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for tasks such as text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation.

The specialist will collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable data intelligence platforms, developing and fine-tuning Generative AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building and maintaining data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and MLOps.
  • Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or data fabric architectures.
  • Familiarity with AutoML, RLHF, or multi-modal AI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong collaboration skills.
