Business Intelligence Specialist Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to analyze and interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to drive business initiatives.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports using advanced analytics tools.
  • Transform business questions into actionable data queries and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and optimization strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance.
  • Document data definitions, processes, and business rules to ensure transparency and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Expertise in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one scripting language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing analytics tools and techniques.
