We are seeking a talented People & Culture Manager to join our team in shaping a vibrant workplace culture, championing talent development and driving business results.
Innovate with PurposeAs a key member of our organization, you will lead initiatives to develop and execute engaging cultural programs, encourage creativity and innovation while fostering inclusivity, energy and collaboration among team members.
Drive Strategic Initiatives- Culture Development: Design and implement cultural frameworks that enhance employee experience, retention and growth.
- Talent Management: Develop strategic hiring pipelines that attract high-potential talent aligned with our values.
- Performance Enhancement: Develop and implement goal-setting processes, performance reviews and feedback mechanisms that drive development and accountability across teams.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintain accurate HR records, documentation and procedures.
- HR Operations: Oversee compensation strategy, payroll processing, benefits administration and scalable systems for efficient people management.
Monitor and report on key people metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive improvements in employee satisfaction, retention and overall organizational success.
Represent Our Employer Brand- Employer Marketing: Showcase our company's dynamic culture, talented team and impactful work on employer branding platforms.

Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
- Strong grasp of today's workforce dynamics, particularly Gen Z and Millennial talent.
- Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with an eye for culture, retention and growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from scratch.
- Experience building HR initiatives that directly impact retention and team morale.
- A creative mindset with the ability to bridge business goals and people needs.
