CRM Executive Job Opportunity

As a CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to enhance retention rates and increase up-sell, cross-sell opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Utilize excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with customers via emails and phone calls, ensuring timely payment and collections.
  • Language Proficiency: Possess working knowledge of English and Hindi languages to effectively communicate with diverse client base.
  • B2C Client Handling: Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries, complaints, and feedback from existing customers.
  • Business Acumen: Leverage proven experience as a CRM Sr. Executive, Customer Success Specialist, or Collection Specialist to drive business results.
  • Knowledge Base: Develop a solid understanding of billing procedures, collection techniques, MS Office applications, and databases to streamline operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of databases and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer disputes and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer complaints and issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
