About the Role:

As a Digital Merchandiser, you will be responsible for optimizing onsite customer experiences, managing merchandising content, and driving engagement through effective strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution: Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Lead initiatives to improve free search performance and optimize discoverability.
Customer Experience Optimization
  • Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify areas for improvement and resolve friction points.
  • Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.
Content Management & Web Analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery
  • Work closely with teams to deliver merchandising projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate and maintain consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.
Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement
  • Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.
  • Suggest search attribute optimizations to enhance product discoverability and reduce friction in the customer journey.
