Job Title: Voice Analyst

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the voice process. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Broker Price Opinion (BPO) process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of BPO reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish
  • Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents
  • Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time
  • Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports

Requirements:

We are seeking individuals with 1 to 4 years of experience in international voice processes, preferably in the US. You should be comfortable working in an office setting and be willing to adapt to changing priorities.
