As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, managing B2B relationships, and leading onboarding processes for new educational institutions.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand existing B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new clients (colleges & universities) and ensure sustainable growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum adoption.
- Provide necessary training and support to clients, equipping them to effectively use our platform.
- Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
- Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
Requirements:
">Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
- Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
Skills:
">Excellent Communication Skills:
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
