Job Overview:

We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our online presence and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy that focuses on lead generation, enrollments, and brand visibility.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Plan and manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn campaigns, and track ROI to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Content Creation and Management: Drive content marketing initiatives through blogs, case studies, student success stories, and social media platforms.
  • Collaboration and Team Management: Work closely with freelancers and agencies to ensure consistency and quality in campaign execution.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as Cost per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends in EdTech and adjust our strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing within the EdTech/Education industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn marketing, YouTube promotions, and proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to generate leads and optimize conversions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling skills to repurpose offline placement success into engaging digital campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: A data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on metrics-driven results.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative thinker with an eye for developing engaging content and a keen sense of visual aesthetics.
