The Fundraising and Valuation Specialist will lead the Series A fundraising process, drive investor relationships, develop valuation models, and oversee due diligence.
\Component- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
- Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
- Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
- Drive the Series A fundraising process with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas).
- Build and maintain strong investor relationships and outreach pipelines.
- Develop valuation models, financial projections, and Series A investor decks.
- Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring.
- Partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
- Provide financial and strategic insights to enhance company valuation.
