Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned banking professional to join our team as a consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core Banking & Product processors and experience with Oracle applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants and teams to deliver business-focused solutions using Oracle technologies. They will be responsible for contributing to specific project tasks, achieving successful project outcomes, and growing into a team lead or project manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously develop expertise on various banking applications.
  • Build skills and competence on Oracle products in terms of functionality, design, and architecture.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects of Oracle Banking applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop extensions or customizations around Oracle products in response to customer requests.
  • Install FLEXCUBE application instances on-prem or cloud servers.
  • Configure and manage integrations between FLEXCUBE and other banking applications.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept activities to validate solutions.
  • Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system anomalies promptly.
  • Mastery of Oracle Banking applications v.14.7 backend tables and data model is essential.
  • Assist in testing and deployment of products and customizations.
  • Interact with and influence customer stakeholders, servicing their business requirements in our applications.
  • Prepare documentation, including program specifications, architecture diagrams, integration methodologies, report specifications, product configurations, and best practices.
