Principal Flexcube Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Banking Domain Expert to join our team of talented professionals in delivering business-focused solutions for clients using Oracle applications, tools, and technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess sound banking domain experience, banking product skills, and expertise in utilizing Oracle Banking applications, particularly FLEXCUBE. They will work on specific project tasks to achieve successful project outcomes and client referenceability.

  • Develop skills and competence on various banking applications.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of Oracle Banking applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires strong technical skills, including knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, J2EE, Micro services, Spring Boot, Ojet & RAD tools, as well as exposure to Containerization, Microservices, and Cloud native technologies.

Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a Masters Degree in Computer applications, with an overall experience of 9 years plus in the banking products implementation field.

In addition to technical expertise, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. The ability to engage with customers at all levels on technical subjects and work effectively in cross-functional teams is also critical.

Responsibilities:

  1. Continuously learn and build expertise on various banking applications.
  2. Develop skills and competence on our products in terms of functionality, design, and architecture.
  3. Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of Oracle Banking applications.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Develop extensions or customization around our products in context of customer asks.
  6. Install FLEXCUBE application instances on on-prem or cloud servers.
  7. Configure and manage integrations between FLEXCUBE and other banking applications.
  8. Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system anomalies promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a Masters Degree in Computer applications.
  • An overall experience of 9 years plus in the banking products implementation field.
  • Hands-on Knowledge in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, SOAP, and REST based Webservices.
  • Exposure to Containerization, Microservices, and Cloud native technologies.
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript, XML, J2EE, Micro services, Spring Boot, Ojet & RAD tools.
