Senior Banking Consultant

We are looking for driven professionals to join our banking domain. This role supports senior consultants and project managers in delivering business-focused solutions using Oracle applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop expertise on various banking applications continuously.
- Build skills and competence on Oracle products, focusing on functionality, design, and architecture.
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of Oracle Banking applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create customizations around Oracle products based on customer needs.
- Install FLEXCUBE application instances on-prem or cloud servers.
- Configure integrations between FLEXCUBE and other banking applications.
- Validate solutions through proof of concept.
- Migrate data, including mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
The selected candidate will grow into a team lead and eventually project manager or subject matter expert with full accountability and responsibility.
