Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team.

The primary objective of this role is to expand our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals.

To achieve this, you will need to analyze market trends, prospect new clients, and maintain existing business relationships.

You will also be responsible for coordinating sales efforts, ensuring adherence to sales processes, and achieving business targets.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and taxation laws.

You will also need to have a positive attitude, customer focus, and a result-oriented approach.

This role requires an MBA or Graduate with 2-5 years of industry experience. Knowledge of equity and debt markets is an added advantage.

MFD certification is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales
  • Negotiate deals and ensure timely closure
  • Coordinate sales efforts to achieve business targets
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • MBA or Graduate degree from a recognized institution
  • 2-5 years of industry experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
