
Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Brief internal teams on client requirements to ensure effective collaboration and meeting quality standards.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, managing timelines and resources.
- Assist in developing presentations, proposals and campaign reports to support client needs.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide status updates to clients to drive value addition.
- Build strong relationships with clients through consistent support and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling agency services.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth internal workflow and resolve challenges efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency (1–3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
