Marketing Executive Job Description

As a Marketing Executive at GFL Recruitment Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hospital's services, attract patients, and enhance brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and engage with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specializations, and events through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and multimedia materials, to engage target audiences and drive traffic to our hospital's website.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Manage social media accounts and online presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments: Coordinate with internal departments, such as clinical services, administration, and patient experience, to gather information and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Build Relationships with External Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including physicians, referring providers, community organizations, and media outlets, to promote collaboration and enhance our hospital's reputation.
  • Plan and Organize Events: Plan and organize events, such as health fairs, seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs, to increase awareness of hospital services and engage with the local community.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools, and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to healthcare marketing, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into marketing strategies.
  • Support the Marketing Manager: Support the Marketing Manager in developing marketing plans, budgets, and objectives, and assist in the implementation of marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Marketing Principles: Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare Regulations: Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing and advertising.
