Job Description

The SEO Expert role at GFL Recruitment Private Limited demands a professional with a deep understanding of international SEO principles and practices. To excel in this position, an individual should have a strong background in keyword research, content optimization, and link building strategies tailored to local search behaviors and cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-traffic relevant keywords for diverse regions, ensuring tailored strategies align with local search behaviors.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content and meta tags to improve search engine rankings in target markets, guaranteeing culturally relevant and engaging content for local audiences.
  • Technical SEO: Monitor and improve the technical aspects of our websites, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, URL structure, and crawlability, for optimal performance across all devices and regions.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize content that aligns with local SEO strategies, ensuring it is both SEO-friendly and culturally appropriate for the target audience.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute link building campaigns focusing on acquiring high-quality backlinks from local authoritative websites.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software, providing actionable insights to improve ranking and traffic.
  • Localization: Work with local teams to adapt SEO strategies for different languages, search engines, and user behaviors in various regions.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, particularly those relevant to international SEO.
Education/Experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field and have a minimum of 25 years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on international or overseas markets. A proven track record of improving organic search visibility and traffic in global markets is essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in using SEO tools, have a strong understanding of technical SEO, and possess excellent analytical skills, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
